In this video we do (#PhysicalTherapy) 2 sets of 3 stretches for 5 breaths & 1 set of 3 exercises for 30 reps. No equipment needed, but eventually you may want small 1# or 3# hand weights.
I have #GolfElbow /#TennisElbow, which (in addition to #Golf & #Tennis) is also caused by using a computer too much, sleeping on your side, & sleeping with your arm bent; all of which I do (& now try to do less).
