I have Golf Elbow/Tennis Elbow, which (in addition to Golf & Tennis) is also caused by using a computer too much, sleeping on your side, & sleeping with your arm bent; all of which I do (& now try to do less).
In this video we do (Physical Therapy) 1 set of 3 stretches for 5 breaths & 1 set of 3 exercises for 30 reps. No equipment needed, but eventually you may want small 1# or 3# hand weights. I’ll be making more with different sets, breaths, & reps.
