In this video we do the basic session from the Sivananda Companion to Yoga book generally performing 3 reps or holding for 3 breaths for each thing.
I make a few modifications in the warmup, skip the Locust, add a few things to get ready for the Lotus position, plus do a few stretches in while in the Lotus position, but otherwise, stay pretty close to the book.
