In this video we do (#PhysicalTherapy) 1 set of 3 stretches for 10 breaths & 3 or 4 exercises (depending on how you are counting) for 25 reps. No equipment needed, but eventually you may want small 1# or 3# hand weights.

I have #GolfElbow /#TennisElbow, which (in addition to #Golf & #Tennis) is also caused by using a computer too much, sleeping on your side, & sleeping with your arm bent; all of which I do (& now try to do less).
